WebNov 21, 2015 · For some reason starting this morning, I can no longer track a FedEx package using Firefox (version 42.0) but I can with Internet Explorer. With Firefox I get the message "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." With IE, it works correctly and shows the status of the package. If you call them, they tell you to file the claim online. We can't even access their website half the time without it glitching out.
