It might be simpler to just remove those navmesh edits in whatever cell it is and go back into the CK to correct any mistakes that creates. Not sure why, at a guess, some sort of literal "hard" overwrite of the file, if you actually have to reinstall it to fix it, but sometimes reinstalling it (per forum suggestions to me) *has solved my issues (twice so far along the way).
