Some essential oils I've had to blend with fo to get a strong enough scent, just depends on how strong the EO scent itself is. Off the top of my head, Lemongrasss, Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, Cassia, Lavender should all be ok to use just EO. Good luck with your testing.
