Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies

  • We are based in Portland, OR / United States.
  • We ship worldwide with USPS.
  • Orders usually ship out within 3 business days (not including weekends).


Domestic Orders

All packages weighing under 1 lb will automatically ship USPS First Class Mail.  All packages weighing over 1 lb will automatically ship Priority Mail.  Both methods include tracking, but only Priority Mail includes an automatic $50 insurance.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Priority Express, please email us to arrange the upgrade.   


International Orders

All packages weighing under 4 lbs will automatically ship First Class Mail International. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.  If you should need your package sooner, please contact us to arrange for Priority Mail / Priority Express Mail International.  Both of these upgrades will increase the cost of shipping.

ATTENTION:  You are responsible for your country's respective customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. We are not responsible for additional customs fees imposed by your country. We will not issue refunds for packages returned to us because of a failure to pay these fees or for any other reason that is not directly our responsibility. 

Returned Packages

We will not issue refunds for packages returned to us because of a failure to pay fees or for any other reason that is not directly our responsibility. We will, however, re-ship the package to you if you are willing to re-pay the original cost of shipping. After we receive your package, you must re-pay your shipping cost within one week.

Shipping Delays / Errors

We take great care in packaging your order before we hand it over to the USPS. On rare occasions the USPS does make mistakes. We are not responsible for any mistakes, delays or damage that your package incurs while in transit. If you notice any errors or delays, please contact the USPS directly immediately. We will not contact the USPS for you. We are only able to see the same tracking information that is made available to you. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your shipping experience, you must file a claim with the USPS.


Combined Shipping

All of our item listings include the item's weight. As such your shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination. In some instances of orders containing multiple items, Shopify can over-estimate the shipping cost. If you are concerned that the rate you are being quoted is too high, feel free to message us with direct links to the items you wish to purchase and we will do our best to double check for the most affordable shipping rate. We always try to refund any shipping overages that we notice on our own.



  • All sales are final.
  • Cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours following purchase.
  • Your happiness is our top priority! If you have additional questions about an item - need additional measurements or details, please contact us! We are eager to help, and can usually respond promptly.
  • We provide accurate measurements and photos of each item. For this reason we do not issue returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections.
  • If somehow you believe that we have made an error, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
