Webb11 dec. 2024 · It's easily fixed by literally going into the Options menu (in Region mode OR City mode, doesn't matter) and clicking the box for it, literally just turning it back on again. (I too tried to hardcore troubleshoot it like you did when I first got the issue, but really, the best fix is simply turning it back on again.)
