Webbpainless bumps on soft palate. I have had tons of tiny flesh colorless pinhead size bumps all over my soft palate for about 5 years. They do not hurt or change in appearance and I can only see them if i hold a bright light at a certain angle. They feel like little granules when i rub my tongue against them. I went to the Oral surgeon last year ... WebbI can see a small vein that runs over the bump, much like the rest of the uvula; indeed, the bump looks to be the same light pink color as the inner tissue/glands visible throughout much of the uvula (though the outline of the bump is easily differentiable from the other tissue/gland/makeup of the rest of my uvula).
